What is Turkish study residency?

Procedures for obtaining Turkish study residence
The first step you must take in order to obtain a Turkish study residence is to do the administrative work of registering at the university and receiving the secondary admission form from the university. Note that it is possible to receive primary admission to Turkish universities from Iran or another country, but secondary admission is issued when you complete the university registration.
Administrative affairs and university registration can be done in two ways, directly and by proxy. In the power of attorney method, you must go to Iran's official notary offices and give power of attorney to the agent of the institution, such as Hami Mohajer, to do your work in Turkey.
After enrolling in the university, you need to know the conditions for obtaining a Turkish study visa in order to receive a visa.
